University of Montana Western Professor of English Rebecca Knotts and her service learning class recently raised $550 through a dog biscuit sale for the Humane Society of Beaverhead County.
Three University of Montana Western students are giving Dillon a better picture of the city’s public tree population, and their inventory could provide a blueprint for future greening efforts, including participation in a national tree planting effort.
