UMW names B.J. Robertson new football coach

The University of Montana Western announced B.J. Robertson as the new Bulldog head football coach. Robertson is a 1998 business education alumnus of Montana Western and played running back for the Bulldog football team.

Five Bulldogs on academic all-conference team

Frontier Conference commissioner Kent Paulson released the 2012-13 Academic All-Conference Men’s Basketball team on Saturday, March 23. Westminster College led the conference with 11 players selected followed by Montana Western, Montana Tech and the University of Great Falls with five apiece.

Janelle Handlos named interim athletic director

The University of Montana Western has named Janelle Handlos interim athletic director and manager of the Bulldog Athletic and Recreation Complex (BARC). Handlos will take over for outgoing athletic director Mark Durham, who will be leaving his position on June 1, 2012.
