For the third time in as many years, the University of Montana Western has a Carnegie Foundation Professor of the Year: Julie Bullard, professor of education and director of early childhood education at Montana Western, is the 2011 Montana Professor of the Year.

The 2012 U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges rankings are in and the University of Montana Western is ranked fourth in the West for Top Public Regional Colleges, up from 2011’s fifth-place position.
