
Montana Western strives to employ full-time faculty with terminal degrees.
The core faculty includes 45 full-time tenure-track or tenured positions. They are supplemented by 18 full-time faculty in non-tenure-track positions and 31 adjunct faculty positions. These numbers allow Montana Western to boast a student-to-professor ration of 15:1.
