Today the Governor’s Office of Community Service recognized Montana colleges for their participation in the Donate Life Today campus registration challenge, which was a statewide effort to register organ donors.
The University of Montana Western Campus Corps won the “medium campus” category, but also took first overall with 176 registrants, beating the larger campuses of Montana State University and The University of Montana.
The Governor’s Office press release is available at Serve Montana under “‘Campus Challenge’ Registers Hundreds of Organ Donors-Top Schools Announced May 5, 2010.”

This is really great! Campus Corps should really be proud. With all the focus and attention on Cats and Griz in this state, it warms my heart to see Bulldogs wax campuses that are 10 times larger than ours. Great job and congrats to all!……Rob
