The Montana Western English department and writing club are calling all writers and artists to dust off unused paintings, short stories or poems and send them to Twisted Ink.

The writing club is working with English professor Tiffany Bourelle’s editorial workshop to create the online magazine, or webzine, featuring art, photography, and writing.

Submissions can be sent to twisted_ink@umwestern.edu by Friday, April 23. Although it is possible that not every piece will be published, the class will include as many as possible.

The webzine will feature the following genres: creative nonfiction (10-page limit), fiction (10-page limit), poetry (no limit), graphic novels/comics (no limit), and art and photography (no limit).

Send submissions with a name and date of submission and a brief author biography (100 words or less) and an introduction to each piece. Submissions should have 12-point Times New Roman font and should be double-spaced with one-inch margins.
