Montana Western football coach Rich Ferris announced the signing of four prep stars from Montana, Colorado and Idaho to letters of intent. One is the son of Bulldog Hall of Famer.

The Montana Western equestrian team made history after winning the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association regional English title last weekend. Montana Western is the first school in Zone 3 history to win both the English and Western title in the same year.

Five Bulldog senior basketball players earned all-conference honors for the 2009-2010 season. JaRon Brown, Layne Glaus, Terry Hauser and Brandon Lawson were named to the men’s team. Kristen Luedtke was named to the women’s team.

Westminster College downed the Bulldogs 76-68 in the championship game of the Frontier Conference men’s playoffs. The Bulldogs now travel to Kansas City, Mo. for the NAIA Division I Men’s Basketball National Championship March 17-23.
